E-Counseling Procedure
- After the merit lists are published online, candidates should note their ranks carefully.
- Wait for the e-counseling lists of your preferred subjects to be published.
- If your name appears in the e-counseling list, pay the admission fees online by clicking the “Pay Now” link against your name on the college website.
- Select “Online Admission Fees” as the payment category.
- Enter your Application ID exactly as shown in the e-counseling list for the desired subject.
- Verify all details, especially the subject name, and fill out the form carefully.
- Before confirming, double-check all information to avoid discrepancies.
- Choose your preferred payment mode (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, SBI Buddy) or pay via SBI Bank Challan at any SBI branch across India.
- Keep the payment receipt safely for future reference.
- Physical attendance for document verification on the stipulated dates (after payment) is mandatory; failure to attend will cancel your candidature.
- The candidate must be present in person during verification and must submit a cancellation certificate if already admitted elsewhere.
